Refund Policy

You have a 7 day money back guarantee. Refund request beyond 7 days (from date of purchase) will be rejected.

To request for a refund, contact support at support@entropiaraider.com to submit a support ticket with the subject “Refund” and indicate your invoice number in the body of the support ticket.

How can I request a refund and get my money back?

Our refund policy guarantees that you are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase when your request meets the conditions below:

Full refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • If you accidentally bought the software more than once.

  • When your credit card was used to place the order without your permission.

  • When you experience problems using our products which remain unresolved after you have followed our instructions exactly.

  • When you encounter an error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and we are unable to correct the error within an acceptable period of time.



  • Notes: In this case, the refund is only available after we receive detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screen shots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.


    Refund request will be declined in the following cases:


  • When the refund request reaches us after 7 days of the original purchase.

  • When you inform us about changing your decision to buy the software, saying you have uninstalled it and are not going to use it without giving any particular reasons.

  • When reasons which prevent you from properly using our software are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if you request a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software).

  • When you have purchased the software using a different link than the one from the licenses page, or for a different price* than what is stated on the licenses page.
  • *This does NOT mean you will not be refunded if you've purchased the software during a sale, and request a refund after the sale.

  • When you purchase a monthly subscription.
